It's actually larger than i expected. A couple of reviews said it was small but it's big enough to run across (not along) my entire lumbar when i lay on it. It's quite soft and it doesn't overly compress my back, so i think it's good. I've used it for 2 nights since i received it the other day, and so far, i like it.
